  • How do I receive my ticket purchased online?

    You will receive the Jungfrau Travel Pass in the confirmation email as a PDF. The ticket can be presented as a mobile ticket on the smartphone without printing.

  • Are adventure activities on Grindelwald-First included in the Jungfrau Travel Pass?

    No, you need a separate ticket to use the adventure activities. As the train journey is included in your Jungfrau Travel Pass, we recommend that you book an individual activity.
