Grindelwald Terminal railway station

The Grindelwald Terminal railway station is the starting point for getting to the Jungfraujoch as quickly as possible, or directly to the skiing and hiking area at the foot of the Eiger North Face. The Eiger Express tricable gondola takes just 15 minutes from the Grindelwald Terminal to the Eigergletscher station. That’s 15 minutes in the most modern gondola in Europe with the guaranteed finest alpine experience: on the one side the largest north face of the Alps within reach, on the other the summit ring of the Bernese foothills with the Lauberhorn, Männlichen and Faulhorn. The Grindelwald Terminal is not only the starting point for uphill journeys, but also features the region's newest shopping centre with a wide range of offers: Souvenirs, fine sportswear, culinary delicacies, two ski storage areas and everything you need for a sporting experience for hire.
