The various restaurants of the Jungfrau Gastronomie AG operate under the umbrella brand «Gourmalpin». Based on this umbrella brand, four of the locations have their own branding.: The Wall Bar – Top of Freedom, Kleine Scheidegg – Top of Ease, Eigergletscher – Top of Tradition und Aletsch Self – Top of Choice.
On the Jungfraujoch, the group restaurant, the Crystal Restaurant, the Bollywood Restaurant and the Pikantus Bar are also operated by Jungfrau Gastronomie AG. With the opening of the V-Cableway in December 2020, one bistro in Grindelwald Terminal, one bistro in the station Eigergletscher, the e-tron energy bar in the Terminal as well as the heart of the Jungfrau Gastronomie AG – the Culinary Center in Grindelwald Termin – were put into operation. With this production kitchen, Jungfrau Gastronomie AG supplies its own restaurants as well as third-party businesses with high-quality and carefully prepared products that are finalized in the restaurants on site.
At Jungfrau Gastronomie AG, the diversity of a modern production kitchen meets traditional mountain cuisine. Regional and seasonal products play a major role in the company's gastronomic philosophy, as does the careful use of resources. In addition, great attention is paid to the various culinary preferences of national and international guests.
