Conveniently book your Jungfrau ski pass and the perfect hotel at the same time – all online and in one place. There's no need to look for a hotel separately and all that's left to do is look forward to a skiing holiday in front of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. You have the following options to receive your skipass when you buy online:
1. Load on your own SBB SwissPass
Please note that you need the physical SwissPass card to ski.
2. Receive the KeyCard for the Jungfrau Ski Region on site (pick-up machine / sales point)
Select the option "New keycard required" in the order process. All you need for the purchase is the order code or QR code generated when ordering. Pick up of your ski pass is possible at the following pick-up machine locations or Jungfrau Railways sales points.

Skipass Jungfrau
Valid in the entire Jungfrau Ski Region – comprising Grindelwald-First, Männlichen, Kleine Scheidegg, Wengen, Mürren, Schilthorn*, including travel by train from Interlaken Ost.
*On the Mürren-Schilthorn route, 1/2, 1 and 2-day tickets are only valid for the ascent.
Up to three children (6 to 15 years) receive a free day pass on Saturdays, if an adult buys a one-day or afternoon ticket at the list price. The offer is available online and at railway stations in the Jungfrau Ski Region. Please note that only day tickets are available online.
Add up to 3 children to your skipass purchase for any Saturday at the online shop and automatically receive day tickets for the children free of charge.
Offer not applicable to multi-day or season passes or special offers such as Coop promotions.
Please note that you need the physical SwissPass card to ski.
Cancellations or rebookings can be made free of charge up to the day before the first day of validity (23:59 h) of the ski pass or winter hiking and sledging pass. You must make the cancellation yourself in the online customer service center.
We recommend that you take out insurance when finalising your booking in the webshop. This protects you in the event that you suffer an accident or illness during the validity of the ski pass and are unable to continue using the ski pass. The Jungfrau Ski Region does not grant refunds in the event of business interruption, accident or illness.
You can take out cancellation insurance during the ski pass ordering process. If you are not able to take a trip or have to abandon it because of a serious illness, major pregnancy complications, serious injury or death, the cancellation insurance will assume contractually owed costs up to the arranged sum insured. You can order your group ski pass using the following order form for groups.
Groups of children from state schools with a group ski pass order benefit from special conditions. One free ski pass for one accompanying person is granted for every 10 schoolchild ski passes purchased. Additional accompanying persons purchase the ski passes applicable to their age group at the relevant group price.
Yes, the half-day ski pass is available only for the afternoon, valid from 12.00 h from all stations. It is available from every train or cable car station in the Jungfrau Region (not bookable online).
