Over the nights of 23/24 and 29/30 July 2019, the traction cables for the new Eiger Express tricable gondola will be delivered by road. The heavy transport to Grindelwald will take place between 21.00 h and 01.00 h.
The crossing over the new base bridge is scheduled for 08.00 h. During this time, traffic delays and waiting times of up to 40 minutes can be expected on the road between Zweilütschinen and Grindelwald Grund.
